The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 302/34 of the IPC. 3.

As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant has been killed by setting her on fire by the accused persons. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. She has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Petitioner is the second wife of the husband of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against her. Husband of the deceased has already been acquitted by the Court below. The petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35832 of 2024(3) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 14.09.2023.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No.97/2021.
