The petitioner is seeking review of an order dated 20.06.2017, passed in CWJC No. 14644 of 2016 whereby her writ application seeking direction to Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga to issue pass certificate of B.Ed. Examination was dismissed.
This Court, noticing the controversies involved in relation to the status of the institution, namely, National Teachers Training College, Arer, Madhubani, Bihar where the petitioner claimed to have pursued her studies for B.Ed. Course, as a recognised institution, was not inclined to grant the relief
Patna High Court C. REV. No.479 of 2017(3) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 which the petitioner was seeking.
In the present application seeking review, the petitioner claims that the institution was granted recognition by the competent authority prior to coming into force of National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993.
In my opinion, however, the cogent grounds for review of order are not available in the application. This application has no merit, which is accordingly dismissed. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Rajesh/- U
