The petitioner seeks bail in Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 7 pieces of Royal Stag each containing 750 ml. kept beneath the Palang have been recovered from house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since13.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
