Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.382 of 2018 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.57039 of 2019 with an observation that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31702 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. Now, the period of more than one year of passing of the aforesaid order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.57039 of 2019 by this Court has already elapsed and the petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and considering the observation made by this Court in the order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.57039 of 2019, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Civil Lines P.S.
