2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 379, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 846 of 2020.

3. According to the complaint petition, on 08.10.2024, when the complainant was washing utensils at the water pump, the accused persons started abusing her. Specific allegation against petitioner no.1 is that he forcibly carried away the victim and petitioner no.2 dragged her by catching her hair

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are the persons of clean antecedents and other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 19280 of 2025 under order dated 02.07.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, as well as the clean antecedents of the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sitamarhi in Complaint Case No. 846 of 2020.
