2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dumariaghat P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33909 of 2023(4) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that there is compromise between the parties.
