2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 13.02.2018 in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No.487 of 2016, whereby cognizance has been taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sheikhpura under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and summons were directed to be issued against the petitioner.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 20.08.2025 that the trial has already

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
