Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.03.2019 in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S.Case No. 84 of 2018 in a case registered under sections 313, 420, 376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of establishing physical relationship with the informant is against co-accused Veeru Prajapati. So far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be elder brother of Veeru Prajapati and there is only allegation against him that he as well as other accused got miscarriage of the informant.
