JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2021 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on 10.02.2021, petitioner was granted regular bail, but due to typographical error in the first and last paragraph of the bail petition, he could not be released on bail. Hence, he seeks permission to make correction in the bail petition. In such view of the matter, permission is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to make necessary correction in the first and last paragraph of the bail petition. Accordingly, in the first and last paragraph of the order dated 10.02.2021, let the words "Barayki P.S." be corrected to be read as "Barauli P.S." pending in the Court of C.J.M., Gopalganj.

The order dated 10.02.2021 is modified to the extent above.
