Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Shivnarainpur) P.S. Case No. 555 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 365, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners rather specific allegation is against one Rahul. Petitioners have no concern with the victim girl. Petitioners have no any criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Shivnarainpur) P.S.
