The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The matter relates to section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
