2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeals filed by the petitioners have since been disposed of in terms of the respective appellate orders as contained in Annexure-1 of each of
the writ petitions, but the same have yet to be given effect to by the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears but is unable to inform the present status of the matter. No counter affidavit has been filed till date.
4. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioners, this Court is of the view that the ends of justice will be met if the respondent authorities are directed to comply and give effect to the relevant orders passed in appeal in the respective writ petitions, if the same have attained finality, expeditiously and without undue delay.
5. The writ petitions stand disposed of.
