The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody on surrender since 15.04.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 15.300 liters liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
