It is stated that in the order dated 21.03.2022, the date for further hearing has been wrongly typed as "22.03.2021" whereas it should be "22.03.2022".

Let the same be corrected and read as "22.03.2022". The order dated 21.03.2022 is modified to the above extent.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioner No. 2 (Ali Ahmed). Permitted to be withdrawn.

It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner No. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42945 of 2021(4) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 403/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/307/379/504/506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners No. 1 and 3 and the injures sustained by the injured, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named (Except petitioner No. 2 Ali Ahmed) be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 403/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
