JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, which has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 1101 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charges.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, after framing of charges by the learned court below.
