2. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24606 of 2024, due to typographical mistake in the aforesaid order, the address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Koriyapatti, P.O. Benipur, Ward No. 14, P.S.- Raghopur, District- Supaul" instead of "Village- Sukhasan, Ward No. 4, P.S. Kishanpur, District- Supaul", So, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.
3. In view of the aforesaid fact, let the address of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43078 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 petitioner be read as "Village- Sukhasan, Ward No. 4, P.S. Kishanpur, District- Supaul" instead of "Koriyapatti, P.O. Benipur, Ward No. 14, P.S.- Raghopur, District- Supaul".
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further seeks permission to extent the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner.
5. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds/ surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.
6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24606 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Jyoti/- U T
