Petitioner seeks bail in Baniapur P.S. Case No.80 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that police intercepted one motorcycle, which was driven by Md. Ekramul and the petitioner was sitting as pillion rider.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2019 having clean antecedents. He has no concern with the aforesaid motorcycle.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
