JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the F.I.R, Informant and petitioners are pattidar and there is land dispute between both the parties. Co-accused Surendra Sah stabbed Knief to the right shoulder of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have falsely implicated in this case. The specific allegation of assault by means of knief is against Surendra Sah.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the bail prayer of the petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 309 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) N.K/- U T
