2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 504, 341, 323, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, on the instigation of co-accused Lal Babu Sah, this petitioner assaulted informant and one Arun Sah with iron rod. Doctor has found simple injury.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing

No.35399 of 2024(4) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran (Motihari) / Successor Court in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S.
