The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,323,325,308,504 and 448 of the IPC.

It is alleged that on 6.8.2018, some Panchayat was going on in connection with land dispute between the informant and petitioners. The Panches delivered the judgment. When the informant was returning to his house, the accused persons assaulted her family members and thereafter ransacked her house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute, the accusation has been levelled

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73585 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 and there is counter version of the occurrence. It is further submitted that the accusation is omnibus and general in nature. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent. Considering the genesis of the occurrence and there being a counter version of the occurrence, let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Daudnagar in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 278 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
