1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing the order, dated 11.07.2015, passed by the respondent no. 4, by which the petitioner has been terminated from service without giving him any opportunity of hearing.

3. Learned Counsel for the State, referring to pargraph 6 of the counter affidavit, submits that the petitioner, without approaching the District Teachers Appellate Authority, has approached this Court.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has directly approached this Court without approaching the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.9081 of 2016(3) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 Teachers Appellate Authority, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, for redressal of his grievance.

5. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
