2. The petitioners, who are Block/Nagar Teachers, as is evident from paragraph 4 of the writ petition, have filed this writ petition for payment of wages/ salary from August, 2022.

Since the petitioners are Block/Nagar Teachers, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
