The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of playing fraud by the accused persons including the petitioners with the mother of the Opposite Party No.2 and getting the sale deed executed of three kathas of land and the residential house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33487 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the vendor being a literate lady, after going through the deed, had put her signature. He further submits that Opposite Party No.2 and her mother has filed a Title Suit against the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 before the Sub Judge, Manjhaul (Begusarai) bearing Title Suit No. 40 of 2020 for declaring their title on the aforesaid land. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Complaint Case No. 40 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
