2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Town Thana Case No.342 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 307 and 34 of the IPC read with section 27 of the Arms Act read with section 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against 13 named accused persons including the present petitioner with allegation that accused persons have fired by arm and thrown bomb due to which daughter of the informant injured.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that there is no allegation of act and overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that due to enmity, name of petitioner has come in this case and petitioner was only

5. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.72531 of 2024.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner's antecedent is clean and he is only member of mob.

7. As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of Addl. District and Sessions Judge-II, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Town Thana Case No.342 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
