The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Sessions Trial No.188 of 2017 arising out of Marauna P.S.Case No.105 of 2012 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Supaul. Since the trial is at the verge of conclusion, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application, hence, it is dismissed as withdrawn.
