Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments, relying upon the fixation of pay scale done in case of similarly situated Shamshul Arfin, submits that he would be approaching the Chief Engineer North, Tubewell Prabhag, Minor Water Resources Department, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.2) and seek parity in the matter of grant of pay. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach respondent no.2 by filing a representation in this regard within a period of four weeks. In case the same is done, respondent no.2

Patna High Court CWJC No.15610 of 2015(6) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 would be obliged to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter.

Writ petition is disposed of.
