2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.03.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 16317 of 2019 by correcting the father's name of the petitioner herein as "Alam Ansari" instead of "Kodai Ansari" as typed in the array of parties against petitioner no. 2 in anticipatory bail petition (Cr. Misc. No. 16317 of 2019) and carried accordingly in the order dated 15.03.2019 while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners therein. A prayer has been made for grant of further time to the petitioner herein to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30024 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 with Town P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018.

3. Owing to the extenuating circumstances as described in the modification petition, the order dated 15.03.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 16317 of 2019 is modified only to the extent indicated below -- i) The father's name of petitioner herein shall be corrected to read as "Alam Ansari".

(ii) The time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned Court below by petitioner herein is extended by four weeks from today.

4. The modification petition stands allowed.
