2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 342, 323, 448, 379, 354(A), 307, 504 IPC registered in connection with Kursakanta (Sonamani Gudam) P.S. Case No. 102/2015.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner has been declared absconder.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the submission of the petitioner that there is no accusation of assault against the petitioner and the
