1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s) :- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate Writ(s) Order(s)/Direction(s) to the respondents, specially Respondent No. 4 and 5, to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner of the following period:- (i) From January 2006 to 30.06.2006 as Sikshamitra with statutory interest.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7083 of 2015(7) dt.29-01-2024 2/3 (ii) From 01.07.2006 to 16.08.2007 as Block teacher with statutory interest.

(iii) From 17.08.2007 to 30.10.2012, the period on which the petitioner has been illegally removed as Block Teacher and thereby restrained from discharging his duties with statutory interest.

And for any other appropriate relief(s) as per the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material on record, this Court finds that no representation has been brought on record by the petitioner praying for the reliefs before the respondent authorities, which has been sought for in the instant writ application.

4. In view of the above, the application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the District Education Officer, Gaya (respondent no.3) and the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) for the reliefs prayed for in the instant application.

5. If the said representation is filed within a period of three months from today, the respondent concerned shall dispose of the representation within a period of four months from the date of its filing and shall also pay the admitted dues within the

6. In case any of the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner in his representation is not admitted by the respondent concerned, the reasons thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within the aforesaid period.
