2. The present application has been filed:

for Review of the order dated 14.07.2017 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh in C.W.J.C. No. 19007 of 2013 whereby his Lordships were pleased to dispose of the case with the liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy before appropriate forum.

3. Learned State Counsel has taken this Court to the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.480 of 2017(5) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 concluding paragraph of the Writ Court's order to show that simple liberty was given to the petitioner to avail the appropriate forum.

4. Instead of approaching the appropriate forum, a review petition has been filed.

5. This Court has gone through the Writ Court's order as also the submission of learned State Counsel. It is a case of civil dispute and the Writ Court rightly directed the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.

6. Certainly, the present review petition is misuse of the process of law. However, since there is no appearance, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
