2. After some arguments, Mr. Arun Kumar Lal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file revision before the Divisional Commissioner under Section 32(v) of Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, if any revision is filed before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8784 of 2022(4) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 Divisional Commissioner, the same shall be disposed of by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within the statutory period and the same must not be rejected on the ground of limitation.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
