2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks adjournment in the present writ petition considering the fact that pension benefits has been made to the petitioner, however, it has been submitted that the entire amount has not been paid to the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made above, if the petitioner so advised, may file a detail representation with respect to his claim, if any is still required to be paid, as well as, interest on account of delay in payment, before the appropriate authority, who is directed to dispose of the representation within
