JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner be relegated to the remedy for approaching the Registrar, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura for redressal of his grievances regarding grant of promotion on the post of Reader.
Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent no.2 by filing a representation annexing all the relevant documents within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be adjudicated upon by the respondent no.2 within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
