2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner is commission of assault with lathi on the head of informant. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on
