This application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to conduct a proper, fair and impartial investigation of Mahua P.S. Case No.231 of 2025 registered under sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and arrest the accused persons of the aforesaid case.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accused persons are trying to capture the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.945 of 2025(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 house and land of the petitioner and are regularly threatening the petitioner and his family members.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali for redressal of his grievances. If such a representation is filed, the Superintendent of Police shall consider the same and if he finds substance in the said representation, he shall provide protection to the petitioner. If the Superintendent of Police further finds substance in the allegation of the petitioner that the local criminals are trying to capture the land and house of the petitioner, he will act in accordance with law. The aforesaid exercise must be completed by the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali within two months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner.
