The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 753 of 2020 registered under Section 30 (a)(c) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it would be evident that petitioners have no concern with the place of occurrence, or poultry farm and the alleged motorcycle.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
