The petitioner seeks bail in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 219/2013 under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended two persons, namely, Shivnath Kumar Rai and Nitish Kumar and from their possession, arms and ammunitions were recovered. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of the petitioner Raza @ Raj Kumar Das and stated that the petitioner gave him the arms and ammunitions. The apprehended accused have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 26.07.2014. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40952 of 2014 (3) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Dalsingsarai, District - Samastipur in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 219/2013.
