2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S and section 27 of Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the informant has consoled Sumit Kumar while he was having dispute with a school friend. It is further alleged that Sumit Kumar called his two friends including the petitioner and they have assaulted the informant and have also made firing.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31782 of 2026(2) dt.13-05-2026 2/2 perusal of the order of learned trial court it will transpire that there is no description of any injury. Actually, the informant has not received any injury. Only allegation is that of making firing. No one has got any injury out of the firing. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 20.12.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 707 of 2025.
