This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 180 litres of country made liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-2nd-cum-1st Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Chapra, Saran in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023.
