The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has earlier moved for anticipatory bail which was rejected on 28.03.2019 with an observation that he should surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of the materials available on record. The petitioner surrendered within ten days. The bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by the learned court below. There is allegation in the F.I.R. that the petitioner assaulted the mother of the informant with Farsa but the opinion of the doctor that the injury no. 1 is grievous in nature and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31085 of 2019(4) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 08.04.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Hilsa Police Station Case No. 493 of 2018.
