The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 registered under Sections 356 and 382 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that only on the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42242 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
