JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 It seems to be a totally misconceived application, inasmuch as, the petitioner has moved this Court for setting aside the order dated 22.09.2016 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in A.B.P. No. 1491 of 2016 when his attempt to get anticipatory bail for this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 48732 of 2016 failed.

This application has no merit, it is accordingly dismissed.
