JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.7.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 41482 of 2018 with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as petitioner met with an accident receiving fracture injury she could not surrender.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court. However, if petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74059 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 own merit, without being prejudiced by this order. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
