Today also nobody appears for the petitioner. Hence, it appears that the petitioner no longer has any grievance and there is a reason to it which is being stated herein below. The learned counsel for the respondent State has submitted that pursuant to the filing of the present petition, three accused persons of Brahampur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2017 have already been arrested and as far as the accused respondent no. 7 namely, Ram Ganesh Yadav is concerned, it has been stated in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Buxar that the respondent no. 7 was brought to Brahampur Police Station for enquiry, however, no concrete evidence came out from the investigation of the aforesaid police

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1082 of 2017(4) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 case. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the respondent no. 7 is co-operating with the Police in the on going investigation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition, hence the present petition stands dismissed.
