Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that inadvertently in the original bail petition father's name of petitioner has been mentioned as son of Arun Singh, which is also typed in the order dated 15.07.2019. Father's name of petitioner is Lalan Singh.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to make correction in father's name of petitioner in original bail petition.

Learned counsel for petitioner is given permission to make necessary correction in the parentage of petitioner during course of day.

Accordingly, the order dated 15.07.2019 is modified

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31475 of 2019(3) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 to the extent that father's name of petitioner be read as Lalan Singh.
