The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.04.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 60 liters liquor was seized.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Gopalganj, in connection with
