JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-12-2019 The petitioner, through the present petition, prays for the following relief:- "For initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite party for deliberately and willfully violating the order dated 15.01.2016 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 3013 of 2014."

This petition, filed on 07.09.2016, has come up for hearing before this Court today for the first time. We noticed that the directions contained in the order under contempt were issued way back on 15th January, 2016. Perhaps, in these three years, the order stands implemented. As such, we dispose of the present petition reserving liberty to the

Patna High Court MJC No.3253 of 2016(3) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 petitioner to approach the opposite party for surviving grievances, if any.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party states that any such request of the petitioner shall be considered and dealt with expeditiously with dispatch in accordance with law.
