2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused Nitish Kumar assaulted Arvind Kumar the uncle of informant with butt of pistol and sharp edged weapon on account of which he got severely injured.
4. It is submitted that both parties are Gotias and due to partition dispute between the parties a simple marpit took place in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Patna City, Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 632 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
