In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 6 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 323, 341, 448, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner no.1 is to have started teasing to the informant after entering her house and the allegation against petitioner no.2 is to have assaulted the father of the informant when he went to make complaint against petitioner no.1.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30809 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 no.2, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.6 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. So far the prayer of bail of petitioner no. 1 is concerned, the same is rejected.
