2. The petitioner has filed the instant application praying for a direction to the respondents not to remove the petitioner who is a physical teacher at Maharshi Mehi Adarsh Madhya Vidyalaya, Dharhara, Block- Banmankhi, DistrictPurnea and for other reliefs.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application having been filed as far back as in the year
